Workshop Whitelist

How about a Workshop whitelist for the people with limited bandwidth and/or speed or any other reason? Even when you disable the main Workshop setting, you still see the items and player models you’ve explicit whitelisted. There is such a thing for canvas already. (optional idea: lock content settings with a password for kids?)

I was about to create a thread for this exact topic, but I thought maybe it best I search for an existing one first

So I am here to necro this thread on the basis of the existence of the following three threads, for workshop player models in particular:-

A workshop WHITELIST would at least address these complaints until a proper solution can be hammered out.

We can already blacklist workshop models, so this is logically inconsistent. As @nat stated, we already have an effective whitelist/blacklist system for canvas data.
