Hello everyone, and welcome to the Weekly Dev Log for October 26th, 2020, detailing all the changes that have happened since October 19th, 2020. Note: Devs that don’t appear in the weekly log are not necessarily away or not doing work, but may be working on things currently not announced or backend work that doesn’t need to be detailed.

Update - Halloween 2020

Last week, we released Update, bringing back Halloween to Tower Unite. We also released a Hotfix to fix some bugs, and we’re currently working on more hotfixes to fix the various other bugs and crashes.

Halloween will be around in Tower Unite until November 16th, 2020.

Priority Survey - October 2020

Since the Arcade has been released, this survey is all about prioritizing the order of upcoming updates. While we have our own internal goals and direction we want to take the game next, we would love to hear your thoughts on what priority you think we should move in!

October 2020 Condo Contest

@Wheezwer continued working on art for the arcade machine Galaxy time, creating map mockups, enemy designs, and talk sprites.

@Johanna continued working on Sunrise Isles: Track 2, and the upgraded Plaza snow battle arena (Nahnia).

@joshua finished the model for the new “By the Sea Shore” store.

@macdguy worked to release the update, and looked into fixing bugs and crashes.

@Madmijk fixed various bugs pertaining to fish.

@Sketchman continued working on Workshop related crashes and bugs, while helping get the update released.

Yeah! Galaxy Time is supposed to support 1-4 players.



The accelerate map is looking absolutely fresh I love it, same goes with the new sea shore model. Really liking the new “cartoony vibe”.
