[0.8.0.1] Roof Hole in Highrise, Placed Workshop Physics objects fall through the floor

• The 2nd is the Placing Workshop Physics objects in Highrise will cause them to almost always clip through the ground.

Workshop physics items disappear when placed

Whenever the Workshop Physics item is placed down, it appears for millisecond, but then it disappears. Searching for it results in the camera angle being tilted downward, as if it’s falling out of the map.

When you’re placing an item, the crate preview doesn’t appear, and when you place it, the crate appears for one frame before getting slammed 235m into the ground. [0.6.5.2] Workshop Physics items in Highrise teleport under the building

Any time I attempt to place a workshop phsyics item in Highrise, it appears for a split second, then vanishes. The item finder shows it to be about 230 meters underneath the tower, and by noclipping underneath, the item is floating in some water under the map. This happened retroactively to previously placed physics items, and I had about 10 items all floating down there. Any time I try to place a workshop physics item in my condo, it vanishes immediately. The preview when dragging it from the inventory shows no crate outline, only the axis arrows. As soon as I “place” it, it doesn’t show up, and the item list shows it hundreds of meters away from wherever I wanted to place it, and the lock-on camera leads me in circles without showing wherever it disappeared to. When placing down a physics workshop item, it vanishes, seems to move, or drop below the floor (?), only way to retrieve it is to item find and stash it

Wherever I place down the physics item before I can even edit it, the item immediately vanishes, and if I try to stash it the item has already and continues to travel hundreds of meters away. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

as far as the hole goes, it’s also known, but it’s not indicated anywhere on the forums afaik.
