Wherever I place down the physics item before I can even edit it, the item immediately vanishes, and if I try to stash it the item has already and continues to travel hundreds of meters away. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I was, yes. Happened 100% of the time there, my art studio seems to work fine except placed physics items levitate.
Yeah, there’s currently a bug with Highrise that I’m looking into.
