As you may now the chainsaw arena have the secret door (For the people who don’t know, you need to jump on the single pipes in the arena to get up on the ledge and just go to the right to see the secret door) that’s just spawn you under the map, but on the floor near the secret door is some tile move slightly up in an orderly line.

When I fast travel to Typing Derby from Arcade, Franky often starts talking to me.
(For me it doesn’t happen when I fast travel from other locations or fast travel to Boardwalk)
