Instant Crash on Startup

Hi,
My friend just bought the game and I need help getting him to be able to play with me. When he starts up the game, the game goes into a loading screen into a crash. Much like the guy in this forum post https://forums.pixeltailgames.com/t/game-crash-on-startup/24438. My only problem though is the solution in this forum post, does not give an accurate place of where the files are located in fixing the problem my friend is having.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated

Please try reverifying the game cache or moving the game to another hard drive.

Yeah, same issue he crashed, he verified integrity of game cache and installed in from his SSD to his hard drive. :frowning:
