Units not appearing and still able to use them

yesterday I was disconnected from the game and when I loaded it back up I had no units but when I tried the spin to win and I could still use it and win the items… and when I tried the video blackjack it told me that I had insufficient fund but I was still able to use it and win money. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfBp8FHfV5g&feature=youtu.be
