Well I admit defeat on this so hope that someone at Pixeltail can help. I have been trying to reduce the file size of my mini golf map, its over 14mb, by replacing multiple rocks with primitives. However having replaced some 20 or so rocks with 9 primitives the map file size has actually gone up not down. I didn’t expect much of a change, but I really didn’t expect that!
I’m stumped.
Would it be possible to profile Golfing Gulch (on the workshop) and see what is causing the map to be so large? Is it just the number of assets (likely) or have I done something that has ballooned it somehow (more likely).
