Trouble with Import | Translucent Model and T-Posing?

So I’ve been having trouble importing a model into TU. First, I’ll admit that I am an amateur when it comes to using Blender and 3D modeling as a whole. I have followed all the steps correctly, or so I thought, from the official guide for creating characters. I made sure to add the textures I’m using with the diffuse, normal, and height at the end of the names… Spent a ton of trial and errors with the armature to get the most satisfying look, parented the meshes, did a bunch of posing… I spent multiple days trying to get this one character into the game… only to get stopped here…

and to get an idea of what the model is supposed to look like, it should have looked like this.

(And to show that I didn’t mess up the materials, I’ll show that as well. As I said, I did the diffuse and other textures as well)

Anybody with more know-how to both Blender and importing tell me what I’ve done wrong? I can show more of the compile log as well as what the model looks like in blender, including any necessary settings, or answer any questions related, to help make my screw up more obvious.

Because this is pretty annoying. I felt so close to finishing this too, only to hit one more roadblock.

UPDATE: So I fixed the issue regarding the texture. Overall, I redid the entire process until I got back to where I was and, while by default, the textures were still dark, there wasn’t a split like in the reply below, so I can just turn up the emissive by 1 point to make the model look more pleasing.

I still have an issue with the model being stuck on T-Pose during import, however, as seen above. As I said, I redid the modeling process and still came back to the same issue… I still need help with this. If anybody know a possible solution, please let me know. I would hate to give up on importing models because of a problem like this.

UPDATE: Okay, after a bit of work, I learned that I just had to flip the faces around to get it to look good. So that’s Problem A solved. Still don’t know how to get it to animate, but that’s a problem to solve for later, because a new problem emerged.

And Problem C, I’m more stumped on because I genuinely can’t explain what happened here or even find a way to fix this… Anybody who experienced this can help me? Greatly appreciate it, and like the post before, I can provide further screenshots if it will help.
