Hi, I don’t know if this is a bug or not, so I’m writing here.
This morning I logged on, entered my Suite, just to see that all the things I placed yesterday are gone. I worked on it for a whole day, and now all of it is just vanished. I’m desperate, I really don’t want to restart it. I still have the items I earned/bought yesterday in my inventory, it’s just that they’re gone from my Suite.
What could be the cause for this?
Were you perhaps decorating while your internet was down? TU relies on its backend net systems to save your condo data, so if you weren’t connected to them while decorating your condo, it wouldn’t have saved.
Here in Hungary I have the strongest internet network, which very rarely goes away.
While I was decorating the house I kept saved in the top right corner I watched this.
That’s why I don’t understand.
Maybe the problem is that I also jumped with a teleport and a ladder between the freely decorable and the outdoor venues?
What was an inaccessible place, I also decorated it and erected a lot of walls.

Try keeping manual saves next time through tab, auto saving can break sometimes.
