Most likely because you are on an HDD. Most Hard Drives take a while to load. Getting an SSD will cut the load times short by quite a lot.
You should’ve tried to load Lobby 2, now that was too long.

make sure in your launch options that you don’t have -notexturestreaming active. while it is a quality of life, it increases load times.
