NPC Keeps Turning Back To Female Model

I have this NPC that I want to stay as a skeleton, but for some odd reason, every time I load up my condo it turns right back to the female model and I have to change it back to the skeleton again.

This has to do with the model option reverting to “Steam Workshop”. There was a bug previously that was the opposite (where Steam Workshop models would revert to non-workshop models) and the fix causes this issue currently.
