Steps to Reproduce: winning tickets in the arcade and attempting to redeem them at a ticket machine

What I expected to happen: the tickets should be emptied into my wallet and the “in hand” amount should be reset to zero and disappear

What happened: attempted to win tickets and the in hand amount is no longer being updated.

Notes / Media: i cant win new tickets and i cant redeem the tickets in my hand amount at a machine.

Quit to desktop and everything was in my wallet. Must just be a visual glitch.
