My Imported Asset is Invisible

Hello, let me preface this by stating that I am very new to the whole 3d modelling thing.

I recently figured out how to import assets from Unity games and import/rebuild them in Blend. In this case, I am trying to export a static object from a game to be used as a furniture piece in condos. In Blend, the object is there and has the proper texture assigned to it. However, when I export it as an .obj or .dae and then try importing it into Tower Unite, it shows up as invisible. I do not get any sort of error message at all, the game tells me it successfully uploaded whatever it is it uploaded, but there is nothing there.

Is there a step or two that I missed?
