Moderation Impacting Mental Wellbeing

Hi PixelTail team,

I’m writing this as someone who’s feeling deeply distressed - not just over a single comment removal, but because of the cumulative effect that your moderation decisions have had on my mental wellbeing.
At this point, it’s affecting me personally, and I’m reaching out to ask for professional, transparent support and guidance from your team.

This is not an in-game issue anymore - it’s a health issue.

I recently replied to NixEmotion’s thread about her concerns with leaderboard bans.
Having received a leaderboard ban myself 8 years ago, I felt I could offer a relevant perspective grounded in firsthand experience.
In my reply, I gave a detailed breakdown of how leaderboard bans have consistently failed to function as intended by providing clear evidence showing that I can make myself reappear on the leaderboards despite having a leaderboard ban, simply by playing the game normally.

This should have sparked a meaningful discussion about a long-standing issue.

Instead, the mods deleted my post.

This is not the first time this has happened.
Over nearly a decade of playing Tower Unite and participating in its community, I’ve seen many of my posts and comments removed - including those that offered helpful and accurate advice to players.
There is a clear pattern from where I stand, and it’s starting to feel personal.

Frankly, I’m worried that someone in your team - possibly the lead developer MacDGuy, is making moderation decisions influenced by a long-standing grudge against me.
As someone who has been permanently muted, and all appeals are overseen by either Mr.Guy or Caboose, it feels like there’s no path left for fair treatment.

I care deeply about Tower Unite and its community. I’ve spent years trying to help others with informed and accurate posts, and I will continue to inform players for the next decade to come.
What I need now, is not another silent deletion - I need clarity, accountability, and support.

If I violated a rule, please explain what rule I broke.

If the post was removed simply because it exposed a flaw - backed by evidence - then that needs to be acknowledged, not hidden - because the constant removal of my posts without clarification is affecting my mental health.

I’m asking for your team to treat my wellbeing with the seriousness it deserves.
This is about more than one post.
It’s about feeling safe, respected, and heard within a community I’ve devoted years of my life to.
This has gone beyond frustration. I’m asking for a clear, professional explanation from your team about why this keeps happening.

I’m more than willing to demonstrate in-game how leaderboard bans currently fail to function if you believe the post to be troll or fake.

The posts were removed because you were discussing how to exploit the leaderboards, which is not allowed. Exploits should be reported to our moderation team. Exploits should not be shared publicly, and we remove any posts that include it. I understand it had other helpful information for other players, but that was not the content being removed.
