i was originally going to make this a bug report, but after looking into it further it seems like this npc may never have existed? so i dont think this is a bug, rather a half implemented feature. theres a misleading anniversary coin marker on the checkout desk like there are for the other holidays, just without the npc behind/on the desk. would like to know if/when this would be fixed ty!
