Hello! yulgok22 here. Also known as the “Fesh Putt of Blair” guy, but this took much longer than my last work.

I recently finished developing my condo project for a Frutiger Aero themed puzzle game, Velkommen. I think it took about a year to finish. Good thing I made it just before the semester starts.

I’ll be posting images of the first stage only, since I don’t want to spoil the experience. I really wish you could try my condo and see for yourself!

Boreal cabin

This is my first ever submission to an official condo contest, huzzah! Boreal cabin is a condo I made that was heavily inspired by the beauty of Alaska, and A-frame architecture. The goal primary of the condo was to make a cozy winter A-Frame cabin with a beautiful vista and tons of eye candy for players to explore, hang out with friends in, or just to relax in. I also had a secondary goal (that was loosely followed), which was to test the limits of how beautiful a condo in TU can be whilst also using as few objects as possible, coming in at ~3000 objects (500 of which are books, 700 of which are grass pieces). And now I’m finally ready to call this condo done. I was going to do more with it but honestly I don’t think it necessary. I hope you all enjoy it, it was a blast to build and so far is my first and only completed condo to date, with hopefully more to come in the future!

Hi, I’m JagWire Steam Community :: jagWᵢᵣₑ , i started playing tower unite back in late 2019. Without further ado, here is my submission to this contest.

Improv Comedy & Playplace project

So I have two different parts to this condo which are completely unrelated to eachother. This is my first submission, its a project I am fairly proud of, as I’m not great at doing the finer details but, I kind of just think of an idea and clump them together. Which is why I would also like to make this a co-op submission with my friend Steam Community :: Optical Delusion . He is great at the finer details, which really helped with the overall structure of the condo for the playplace project and the mood room actually, plus details such as the lighting and the stage truss.

The Stage/Mood room area

This condo started off as the stage with the band/improv comedy type thing, which I actually got inspired by the video game “Comedy night” to do something similar. With actual controllable lighting and furniture depending on the needs (Talkshow mode, comedy mode, band stage mode) etc. The mood room was originally going to be just a 2nd room with extra media players etc, then I started adding quotes from various discord servers I have been in, just for a bit of light-heartedness.

The Playplace

The playplace part was not planned in the original condo idea. I was originally just going to build maybe a slide, or just a network of tunnels to walk through, then i thought, why not turn it into a playplace, for a bit of nostalgia. My inspiration was just a variety of play places I have been to as a child. I came up with the idea a few years ago, after realising that you could enlarge the toy tunnels to make slides, then use the condo IO “push” feature to slide down. I started building this back in late 2023, and had opened it up to the public a couple times for a preview. The slides do work as mentioned earlier. The curvy slide was more complicated to get this to work.

Welcome to Mt. Raijin-Dake

Heya, I’ve been working on this fun little project for a while now cause I wanted a condo that had a Japanese theme. It started off as just an apartment with a parking lot, but then I noticed the condo contest and thought it might be fun to join in on. So I added some more details to the road markings, signs, nature and surroundings and even added custom made textures I made in Photoshop.

Maybe I’ll add more stuff to this in the future to make it a bit more fun to actually join, but for now the vibes are immaculate and that’s what I had been looking for in the first place.

(P.S I actually started learning Japanese for this build)

After a few years of hanging out and chipping away at this build it’s finally ready for the workshop! (It still isnt done :sob: ) A lot of optimizations have been done but it’s still over 17,000 items Please be patient for the loading process. You might want to lower your graphics settings if you want higher frame rates.

People have been telling me to submit my builds since I started building and I’ve never felt ready when the deadline comes. This build’s goal was to maximize the space provided in the SUITE condo while also minimizing workshop furniture use. There are plenty of hand-made elements to be seen. (Check around with the barcode scanner)

Lots to see and explore. A lot of cool places to consume media with friends. There’s a scavenger hunt to promote exploration with a win event and everything.Watch your step theres danger everywhere!

I’m planning to eventually make this map into a dedicated condo and try building a community here. Until then I’ll be opening public a few days a week as I have the past couple years.

Theres a lot to see but heres a bunch of highlights:

Hi, I have a project here that I worked on a long time ago. It isn’t complete and I’m not even sure if I’ll ever finish it, but since we have this Condo Contest, why not participate.

TOWER STORIES

As I said, it’s an older project where you play as a new player in TU and Catsack guides you around everywhere. It’s something like a visual anime-style game (or something like that :slightly_smiling_face:), where the player can make choices and play minigames that are combined with the story.

I’d also appreciate feedback under the workshop, such as bug reports or corrections for bad English.

Thank you and have a nice day,
Skoleton

Alicia’s Tropical Shoals & Paradise

Hiya, here is my rather first condo contest thing! Presenting the Alicia’s Shoals!

Located outside the starter condo, it features numerous shoals, decorated with docks and rusted themed water amenities! And surrounded by the shoals is a full 1:1 stranded ww2 tugboat “Alicia”, built with help of original blueprints and pictures, interior added! Most recent point of interest is the added harbor with a functional shipyard crane dated 1950, and steals the spotlight since then! Other things like a museum, lighthouse, touring ferry are also present at the shoals!

Originally built September 2025 with just the tugboat to kill the pain of my depression disorder, and later on after multiple hosting and comments of the tug, I decided to add shoals, docks and structures to make it feeling more alive and more comfortable to just be there and relax in the ocean breeze! Condo is fully WS free, consist of 9100 objects.

Here are the shots!

Thank you! C:
