Wearable Items (Electric Guitar Backpack and Guitar Backpack in my case) Not Showing Up In Inventory.
When attempting to purchase wearable items in the Arcade, they do not appear in the inventory for wearables, or weapons. I bought the âElectric Guitar Backpackâ and âGuitar Backpackâ using tickets, and after the purchase, they were not there. I restarted my game and Steam see if it would resolve the issue, not to no avail.
I believe they actually show up in the appearance menu under the backpack category.
wait thereâs actually glass there??? I genuinely thought those sections had glass until I realized I could just walk through them and I just assumed I made that up
Only in the little tiny lower bits. The larger portion that you can fit in w/o a tiny potion doesnât have glass.
oh, strange
This is actually on purpose. Glass causes lots of overdraw and would reduce FPS, so to help with FPS we decided to just take it out.
So like- is the being one-sided part intentional just for performance in those rooms?
Yeah. Basically when you are looking down youâre looking at pretty much all of the arcade. Looking up into those rooms is not as complex.
Gotcha, Iâll go ahead and delete that post then
Iâm not sure if this is the correct spot to post this but I registered on this forum to ask.
I have blurry textures all throughout the lobby (such as the scrolling billboards, game booth signage and advertisements for the jetpack) and on some video game titles/marquees in the arcade. These signs and banners are unreadable. I tried upping the resolution and fiddling with some video settings with no change.
I have AMD Radeon graphics with a Ryzen 3 4300g processor if thatâs helpful.
Thank you for an amazing game.
if youâre running low on vram texture streaming will start kicking in, you can get around it by adding -notexturestreaming to your launch options
OMG. It worked! This made my night. Thank you so much.
Iâve tried to change my VRAM settings in my BIOS to no avail. I should have guessed this was the culprit.
This is a bug that came up because of transitioning to a new water shader system, iirc. thatâs being properly implemented in the next update which will probably fix the glowing ocean thing
Yes, thatâs correct. Itâs fixed in the next update for sure.
There seems to be an issue with the colliders on the new lazer tag map. Itâs really easy to reproduce, but I can attach a video if needed. Here are the steps:
- Change into a short model (I can reproduce it with the Racoon model).
- Go to the staircase in the Lazer Tag room and head into the corner with the 2 barrels.
- Crouch and run into the wall - every time I do this I fall straight through the map.
Thanks in advance, love your game
Slight gap in some of the laser tag walls. Happens on the same spot on both sides of the arena.
Also a few of the wall decoration metal pillar things donât have collision, allowing you to walk through them and fall out of the map.
When inside the wall you can shoot out but canât be hit yourself.
Also one of wall like this you can walk through, Iâd assume other ones like it you can do the same.
One panel on the plaza trash bins is much more reflective than the other parts of the trash bin:
This doesnât seem to apply to the âOutdoor Trashbinâ condo item equivalent, but only because itâs using an outdated, lower-quality version of the item.
Painting in Casino is sideways:
One of the landscape paintings above the lower poker area on the walkway is placed on the wall sideways.
-Thanks!
This is related to a hole in the lobby geometry that I know the existence and whereabouts of where one can clip out of the world and jetpack through the void in to the Chainsaw DM room
