Lost 200k units for no reason after using the Spin To Win

The latest version is [1.1.1.0]
I saw someone else having this issue on this forum so I decided to make an account here to make a bug report here also.

I used the Spin To Win a few times then played two games of the Keno machine and realized later on over 200k of my units were suddenly gone, I checked my tower express but all recent orders were from 2018.

I tried restarting the game hoping the AGC will update and also tried verifying game files but nothing worked.

I cannot remember exactly how many times I used the spin to win but it was definitely not 200k worth of spins.

What I expected to happen

To at least lose around 6000 units from over 200k in units

What happened

Randomly lost over 200k units after using the Spin To Win


Spin to Win calls a full sync of your units, which means your units were desynced at some point before you played Spin to Win.

So, when do they re-sync? I still haven’t got any of my units back since I’ve made this post

Spin to Win didn’t take 200k when you spun it, it only took the 150 units. You spent the 200k units on different machines / games, and when you went to play Spin to Win - it synced your game to your account’s unit amount which was 200k less than what was currently displayed. Some game you played you spent 200k on it, but it didn’t properly update your game’s unit display properly.

I’ve granted the 200k units to you account regardless for the troubles.
