Just bought this game and then crashed in Plaza

When I first entered the Plaza I was exploring when suddently the game crashed. Can you fix it?

i always feel bad for people who just arrived in the community and dont understand what is happening…
so in order for the devs to understand what caused the crash you need to follow this

also if your lower spec PC then the game will probably crash alot more
