I will also point out that the clock reads 08:00, not 4:00. 
I’ve been working on a garden so with that in mind I would love things like wind chimes, a free standing birdhouse, more variations of flowers, garden gnome(s), bird bath also placeable ponds/lakes would be dope!

For the Holiday events this year, it’d be cool to have Christmas light rings to wrap around trees or cylindrical pillars. Different size variants would be useful too, with a small variant for wrapping around tree trunks and larger variants to place in the leaves.

Variations for the popcorn and Halloween candy buckets could be nice. For a theater build you could have empty, not-yet-filled buckets at the entrance and then in the theater you could have ones that have been eaten by varying amounts. Maybe for the Halloween bucket one of the variations could have it overflowing somewhat with a few pieces of candy laying on the ground next to the bucket as if you got a mega-fat-Halloween haul.

I’d really like a radar scanner item for Condo IO. Basically you’d be able to connect it to a media player to display the position of players/NPCs/physics items around the scanner, similarly to the radar in Virus or on the Metal Detector. Some possible settings:
- Scanner radius
- Show coordinates (center & dots)
- Change dot color for entity types (Player/friendly NPC/hostile NPC/physics item)
- Filter out entity types
- UI color
