I use this game from Iran and enter the game with an Iranian IP. At first, when I bought the game, there was no problem and I entered the game easily. But it’s been almost 1-2 years that I have to enter the game with a vpn, and the game does not connect to the servers with Iran’s IP in any way, and from the very beginning, it enters the game offline and has no server. is displayed. I request you to look into this matter or our IP is ban , unban it please

We aren’t issuing any IP bans or restrictions to any countries, it sounds like your ISP is blocking connection to our US servers.

Well, same title so I’ll put my findings in case someone else might have a problem like I did.
Not sure it’ll help OP though.

Apparently resetting Steam help me connect to the Plaza again.
So that might worth a shot.
