You can sell one of them from your inventory in the escape menu, you will only get 50% back of what it cost but it’s better than nothing.

Press the “Esc” button and click on the “Inventory” button in the pause menu.
Manually find or search for the item “Highrise”.
Right click on the item and press the sell button that pops up.
Now you got 50% back of what the highrise condo costs.

see i don’t think he should’ve been able to get two to begin with so i feel he should be refunded the full amount in this case

also condos give 75% of the original cost iirc

In the future, logging into Tower Express will automatically remove the duplicates and refund at full price.
