How to make a skin with no arms?

i have a skin i wanna make that would have no arms but idk how to do that, ive seen some models that dont have any arms so i know its possible i just dont know how

not sure I’m understanding this fully, but you don’t have to rig anything to the arm bones of the Workshop Armature.

i meant not have any arm bones, if i remove the arm bones the skin will just be in a constant t-pose and i dont want any

You cannot edit the skeleton and still have it function. If your model doesn’t have any arms, you don’t need to delete unused bones.
If your model has arms and you don’t want them to move (for some reason), then just rig them to the torso bones.
