Halloween Exp and milestones item bug

My Halloween Exp got bug like 4 times. First i play all activities and my halloween exp passed 400k like 2-3 times and got rewind back to 240k. So at my forth attemp i got my exp passed 300k when rewind but i didnt get my milestones item "“Orbiting Blood Moon”

Now i seem to get my item but i dont know if i continue gaining Exp will it bug like before
