So I notice that trying to change my Texture Quality settings don’t do a thing. I’m led to believe it’s stuck on Ultra but any attempt to lower it fails. I also notice some settings like foilage revert to being turned on when I reset the game and I have to turn them back off when I’m in the Plaza to get it to work. Changing the settings in the files don’t help either.
Have you got -NOTEXTURESTREAMING in your launch options? That would be interfering with the graphics option for textures.
As for foliage, that is a bug. Changing the setting to medium, applying it and then setting it back to low makes the foliage disappear again.
I’ve never had that launch option set. I’ll try that foilage fix next time I get on though.
