FPS drop when looking at a certain area in my condo

Quick Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
CPU: Intel Core i7 3.70 GHZ
RAM: 16GB

When looking in a certain area, two different directions for me my FPS seems to drop from 100+ to 20. I checked those areas and it doesn’t seem to have a ton of items, this started happening recently, since yesturday. I tried deleting a few items and nothing seems to have changed. My condo is an underwater.

This starting occuring in my condo as well with the recent update.
Before my condo never had any fps chokes whatsoever, not sure what is causing it.
