Discord Appeals? Left in limbo of silence

Long time has passed and i have yet no explanation on why i got banned from the discord.

last communication left me not with a reason for my ban,

but with me being told moderation issues would not be handled via dm’s

and that there would be a discord appeal system sometime?

It feels sad and cruel to be left not only with silent walling,

but with 0 reason given as to my ban,

nor any way for me to know wether there is really any discord appeal system in place that works?

I’d need support rather then silence =/ i would not want to leave or feel ostracizied from the community like this.

Sincerely Ellis

I honestly feel sadden with how Ellis is currently being treated and I guess ghosted by staff right now (sounds like bad business practices if not giving communication To Be Fair), at least have a staff member or Mac come forth and say something instead of throwing a user under the bus and leaving them in the dark with no communication whatsoever.

Also, I think that using the Modmail discord bot would be a great thing to setup for Discord Ban Appeals so that there can be some level of communication on the server between users and staff in real time responding instead of keeping someone out completely, it also means making a separate role on Discord so that users only see the modmail category (which isn’t that hard or taking too much time consuming to setup at all)

To be clear, your ban appeal was received and denied. Appeals aren’t guaranteed to be accepted. If you don’t receive action taken on your Discord account after submitting an appeal, it was denied. If you are worried a ban appeal wasn’t received, you can message here in support to ask if it was received. If your appeal is denied, there isn’t further action to be taken after that, and the moderation decision still stands.

You were banned for continued disruptions on the Discord over a long period of time after prior moderation actions for the same behavior.

I am going to lock this thread as our forums aren’t the place to challenge or discuss moderation decisions.
