Detective and Spoils of the Dead Complete but not Rewarded

I completed the Detective and Spoils of the Dead quests but did not get the achievements (also do not show complete in the book in game - https://imgur.com/a/wAmOrkt) due to a client crash.

I can’t interact with the bones or the chest so cannot re-do these quests. Any way to fix?

It is possible to reset.

menu→setting→GAME／HUD→TOOLS→Reset all PLaza trackers

If you try again, the achievement may be cleared, so reset it and try again.

Resetting the trackers let me re-take the quest from the skeleton for ‘Detective’ but I still can’t interact with the piles of bones and the treasure chest for Spoils of the Dead.
