Crashes when joining lobby

Whenever I try to join a lobby, whether its the official one or any other, it says that the program has stopped working and I am forced to close it. I can join the game modes and condo, but not the plaza.

BTW there’s no crash dump so don’t ask.

What are your specs? Most of the time this happens because your computer doesn’t meet the minimum requirements and therefore can’t handle the plaza which is one of the most resource-intensive areas of the game.

processor: intel® core™ i3 cpu 550 @ 3.20 Ghz 3.19 Ghz

Installed memory: 4.00 GB

System type: 64 bit operating system.

If you see something like this, click on wait for a response and then wait for at least 30 seconds.

Does your pc have a graphics card? If you aren’t aware, try downloading “speccy” and posting that instead

this is what I get

weird. please verify your local files and then report back.

I tried that and it still doesn’t work.

You can give the devs a crash dump. You can learn how to here: Game Crashing? Help a developer out!

Like I said before, there’s no crash dump when it does/

I really would like some help.

Maybe post your specs here. This could indicate any problems.

I already did.

Or at least I think…

You didn’t post the specs of your GPU.

What you posted is very limited, and doesn’t actually tell us what we need to know

Your graphics card is slightly under the recommended specs, but other than that it looks Ok, so I don’t think that’s the issue
