When players join my condo I have a very long 3-4 second game freeze, even in a blank art studio condo with nothing placed down and all workshop models / content turned off. This happens on two different computers of mine. Two different networks as well.. so far.. None of my friends or anyone i’ve spoken to about it has this same issue.
My setup is intel 12900k RTX 3080 TI , 48gb 6000mhz ddr5 ram. 2tb Samsung 990 m.2 drive. My network is 1 gb/s. I’ve tried everything from uninstalling the game completely to uninstalling drivers (DDU) and updating to the latest cpu and gpu drivers etc. This started happening since around February or so and still hasn’t changed, it never happened before then I’ve had my setup since late 2024.
I thought it was an update bug at first but i know its not now. This is very frustrating and makes me not even want to continue building in my own condo. I have also tried turning off HAGS and running the game under dx10 just to check and turning all my graphic settings down to lowest possible etc. I have yet to find one person experiencing the same thing as I do.
