essentially little games you could play in your condo, I’m not sure where you would buy them but it would be stuff like this:
pool/billiards
ping pong
chess
boxing, there’s already a ring so why not?
and other small games like those

Well I wasn’t the first one but I was thinking of an object that you can interact to play games like tag, freeze tag, and maybe hide and seek (Prop hunt), etc.
