Yes. I’d love to see Condos based on game worlds.
I had a similar idea for a castle/fortress themed condo but set in the Little crusaders gameworld rather than sweet tooth.

Gonna go out on a limb here but what about an animated moving condo?
It’d be a bold take, but think of something along the lines of like a hotel train stripped of its interior for you to build as you like… geometry wise it’d be a segmented series of boxes connected via 1x4 tunnels, maybe with prefab walls, maybe without, maybe toggleable.
I remember some optimal motion illusions from some old games growing up, one of them was Half-Life Opposing Force, which used a rotating drum of canyons for the flying cutscenes; the drum was large enough in diameter you couldn’t see the curvature, but was optimal in that it was only 1 moving part for linear movement of a 3D backdrop. Then scrolling textures and hurt triggers… perhaps too ambitious?
Apart from the motion simulation, it’d be an otherwise fairly simple build with DIY walls. Naturally my biggest inspiration for this idea is the Excess Express, comically large spaces with nothing but windows, a subtle hypnotic ruble of the bogey wheels, and passing scenery revealing the space to be a train.

Anything with a pretty grassy area to put trees, and a cozy cottage/house in the middle would be nice 
If you do put trees though, maybe allow people to hide them incase they want to put their own trees, to make a forest or something

I really think that the current “condo” condo shouldn’t be the default condo (especially since it’s bigger than many of the condos you purchase)
Ideally the first condo should be something art studio sized or maybe even smaller. New players won’t have many items and it will make their condo feel empty.
Basically, I’d say let everyone who already owns the game keep their “condo” condo (also please rename it) and add a new default condo.

Or perhaps the old Gmod Cinema Theatron, where there is a “secret” theater hidden under the floor in the foundation of the main theater building that looks like a hobo den.
Lets explore on that concept
• A condo where you may or may not be trespassing or squatting, or otherwise somewhere where no one was meant to live but you are because you’re either a urban spellunker, on the run, its the apocalypse and thats the only safe place, or simply a displaced citizen in a low income housing environment
• An industrial maintenance section with pipes sticking out of the dirty concrete/brick walls and insulation, amongst other wires and infrastructure inner workings to a larger, safer, and more comfortable living space you’ll never see
• Vents and airducts connect different rooms rather than regular doorways, perhaps not strictly, as there could be some maintenance shafts intended for engineers and janitors. Just enough of something to invoke the feeling you weren’t supposed to be there.
• You are being sold this condo simply because the realtor is a smooth talker who could sell ice in a snowstorm
With those design goals in mind, picture a few possible examples:
• An industrial park with machinery or storage tanks and fenced in utility stations
• A factory floor, abandoned or otherwise. Think Corrosion as a condo.
• The crawlspace of the Tower
• A back alley with an overhang and shanties
• An underground subway junction – or subway station, maybe even just the Virus subway as a condo.
• Cargo bay of a freighter ship (you are a stowaway)
• A tunnel system or a mineshaft
• An abandoned shipyard warehouse
• Literally a sewer
From there its up to the player to carve out a living space in this otherwise desolate enclosure.

Something like this was probably already suggested, but perhaps a private yacht (for a single person’s condo) or a cruise ship for Community Condos? An upper deck with some nice views, a main deck that houses the different rooms for people as well as the utilities / event areas like kitchens or music stages, then a bottom deck that’s slightly submerged so you can see out through the windows underwater.

since we have the house condo… can we have this one too pretty please??? (its basically 3 stories tall & probably has more room for stuff, also imagine the condo contests with this)

I think a jungle themed villa using the assets from Catztec and the Default condo might be great. Could be like the one in the pic, or maybe one regular condo that is higher in the mountains that overlooks the jungle with a pool connected?

A small set of islands with a main island featuring a lighthouse as the ‘main’ condo. Pretty small and cozy, meant to be suited towards four or so players occupying the space.

I second this! Would be amazing to see pine trees covered in snow everywhere with snow hills and such. I would also like a normal forest version of Autumn map as well!!
I would be so overjoyed to have a new Condo map being ‘Beach’ based on these!! Also we deserve more Condo maps, it have been a while. hehe
