The carpet, brick wall and a handful of other textures are really blurry and have been for several months in my condos and the plaza,
This is due to your VRam peaking, and texture streaming triggering to lower the quality to compensate, but it never really recovers after this, even if you have VRam space.
If you feel your PC can handle it; recommend going to your game library, right clicking Tower Unite and going to properties. Scroll down to Launch Options and in the box type:
-notexturestreaming
This will force all textures in the game to be at their highest quality at all times, which is why I would not recommend this setting if you don’t feel your PC is up to snuff.
