Been trying to open some old cat sacks I bought several years ago (about 2016) and they will not open after several attempts. This wouldn’t be an issue if I could sell them but I can’t even do that. Anyway I can clear these out of my inventory?

It sounds like a steam inventory issue if you cannot sell them.
I just noticed the item ID in the POST sent to the server is 0, so definitely seems to be an issue. I guess catsacks could be the first item, but I doubt that.
I replicated this issue as well.
Here’s an album of things I tried, you can see they’re not appearing in my Steam inventory, I cannot sell them on express either, as suggested by Umbra.
