Whenever I load in only a couple items load in or are in a loop to load. Happens every time I load the game and join a condo. I have done all the suggestions to have background loading on steam and that still doesn’t work.

im not sure if you have a 10th/11th gen intel cpu, but if you do try this:

There is a compatibility issue that concerns 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th gen Intel CPUs and most Unreal Engine 4 games.
This issue affects only 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th Gen Intel CPUs, and is an issue with HTTPS and those CPU boards.
