Can't Get Haunted Friendships

When the anniversary update first dropped, I found Dire Chad, talked to him, and got Haunted Friendships:

However, the AGC was down at the time so it didn’t save on Steam or in the collection book:

Later on, I found him and I tried talking to him again but it didn’t give me the achievement:

Is there a way I could get this achievement still, or is it unobtainable for me now?

If you restart your game and talk to another haunted friend it should do it again for you.

I tried restarting and talking to one a few times, but I couldn’t get the achievement

Weird, I’ll look into it for tomorrow’s hot fix.
