Hello, I have been an avid player and supporter of this game for awhile, however over the past few months and updates I have no longer been able to access the game for some reason. Even after purging nearly every file related to the game and reinstalling- trying on different computers- no matter what I’m on, if I’m on my account, it does nothing but show the splash art, then launch to a permanent black screen. I have been ran around in circles by every support group trying to just play a game I put countless hours and so much effort into. Steam will not help me. If it is a Steam Cloud issue, I fear I won’t be able to enjoy this game again, seeing as they refuse to help me. Please, I really miss this game and just want to play it again.
