Cannot connect to lobby

Its been a year or so since I played, and I figured to try and check out how this game has been doing.
Except every time I try to connect to the lobby, I get “lost connection to host”, and the one time I did connect I couldnt interact with anything. I just want some catsacks, man.

I’ve reset my router, restarted my computer, verified game data. Nothing.
I’ve also spent 8 hours looking for a solution.

I still need help, it’s been almost 24 hours and I am still having issues.

I’d use tower express but it doesn’t have catsacks and that’s what I want.

Please help its getting depressing

My friend has the same issue, He can only connect to servers he hosts himself. Devs won’t explain what’s wrong.
