I bought the scooter from the arcade for 100k tickets, it had an infinite transaction processing screen so I closed the game and when I rebooted it, I had lost the 100k but did not receive the scooter.

Same here, bought it and i still don’t have it a day later.

what does that mean for us who bought the scooter and didnt get it? Will we be getting it eventually after the fix?

I’m not as knowledgeable about this as the other developers, but I believe, as it stands now, it’s possible that the items you purchased may end up showing up in your inventory in the future, without you having to do anything.
You can also fill out a support ticket on our Discord channel to try and resolve this manually, but a statement there explains that sometimes our manual fixes to the problem (us manually giving users the items) still currently don’t work 100% of the time.
