[0.7.0.4] Really Slow Internet when in Game

Whenever i start the game everything that uses internet (steam overlay, discord, browser, steam workshop…) just gets really slow and laggy (to the point that it’s impossible to speak with other people over ts or discord).
In plaza, the game just starts to lag a lot. (I presume it’s because the workshop is downloading the models of other players at a really slow speed).
I’ve also been told that the problem might be from the computer, as my internet is quite good and I’ve even tried connecting in other places aside from my home but to no avail.

OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ 2.80GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 8GB

13.8mb peak looks like 100mbit
It should not drop to 450kbits can you post a speedtest or something ?

have you tried installing TU on the SSD
the 2.5’ Seagate could also be the Problem

It seems that some lenovo models have an option that prioritizes the games with the network traffic instead of it being evenly spread. Here’s a link to the solution:
