[0.7.0.3] Virus Milestone Resetting

Currently, I am unable to progress with the virus milestone. Twice I have passed the 100,000 threshold and each time I restart the game my milestone experience is reset to 72,000.

This is the only milestone that is doing this, as I also completed the first golf milestone and it properly registered it.
