If I have all 8 slots filled, the last item I’ve equipped won’t function.

Just an update on this bug, This problem only happens in the Plaza, when i’m in my condo all items work and equip properly, but if you have a full hotbar and try to join the Plaza, none of the items will work or equip untill you remove 1 item from the hotbar.
