The grand piano and the drumkit in the Songbirds store in plaza are broken, in that nobody else but the player on the instrument can hear what they are playing. The player will still hear themselves, but it’s only client-side as everybody else will see a player just sitting down in silence.
They’ve been broken since the Halloween update when the Plaza changed due to the holiday. This kind of sucks since I used to play music here whenever someone would walk by, or jam out with someone who wanted to join in.
I’d really like it back at some point soon!
Condo instruments still work as normal, by the way.
Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to play an instrument in the Songbirds store on any Plaza server, confirm you can hear your own instrument.
- Have another human confirm if they can hear the instrument.
OR
- Wait and listen for someone else to play an instrument in Songbirds.
- You won’t hear anything, from your perspective they will sit in silence until they exit the instrument.
What I expected to happen
I expect others to hear me play the grand piano or drumkit in this store at the plaza, or to hear others play it. Just like before the Halloween update.
What happened
Only players who are using the instruments can hear their own input, it’s silent to everyone else.
