Summary of bug here.
While the servers were having trouble at the time my Halloween milestone wasn’t given to me. This happened when giving in the unearthly remains in the Tokyo server. I usually use US East server

Please list how this bug can be reproduced, if possible. Pictures would be much appreciated!
- Join the toyko server in a unstable and laggy time while close to a milestone item
- Picked the unearthly remains
- Give in unearthly remains in a mashing manner
