Element 30 is zinc, but 31 is gallium. Gallium is hands down my favorite element, not even kidding. Gallium is a soft, solid metal at room temperature, but warm it up a few degrees and it melts. Just your body heat alone can melt it if you have it in your hands. What is really good is that unlike mercury, it isn’t deadly (that doesn’t mean you should it it)! I actually have some gallium samples, and they are really cool. The only problem with it is that it really hates aluminum. Just a small spill of a few drops of gallium onto a large sample of aluminum will quickly create a very weak and brittle alloy. This makes it really hard to ship because airplane hulls are made with aluminum. Sorry for the rant, but I really love this element.
