[ZM Custom Map specific workshop feature] Allow Workshop models to be used for enemies and bosses

As the title implies, I think we should be able to replace the enemies (and bosses) within Zombie Massacre with workshop player-models of our choice, it would give mappers even more avenues for creatively theming a map.

Animations (for humanoid enemies, at least.), projectile, particle, lighting and sound effects would remain unchanged, so no need to worry about invisible pumpkin-bombs or poorly lit ghosts.

Fun idea - I support this!
