The theater is actually located underneath the arcade. That is the casino zone-box you are looking at. Also, far to the left of that is the Gameworld plaza, and behind THAT is the Tower interactive lobby zone box.
Source: I have uncovered numerous methods for boundary-crossing in the casino and lobby, and took the explorational liberty of jetpacking the out-of-bounds areas.
