Considering that nobody can hog all the remains anymore, it’d make sense to remove the delay between picking them up. It feels weird having to wait 10 seconds to pick up a second item right next to me knowing full well that nobody else can take it, and that I’m not taking someone elses.
This. Why does it even need to be there anymore?
