With regards to the recent developments of more regular, quadruped pets such as dogs and the features that are planned for them per the Trello roadmap, are we going to get features such as pet beds, petting our pets, growing them, feeding them, etc. for rolling pets as well? I get that regular pets are a thing many people will love, but I do also think that limiting the whole extended pet system to these new ones would be a bit boring, and just treating the older rolling pets as lesser ones. I think even old developments could use some more love and interactions, especially for those that just prefer them. Thanks in advance for any answers to this.

It would be pretty cool to have little melons rolling around my condo on their own, especially since we can’t pet them in the toy shop anymore

I wasn’t actually aware we could pet them in the toy store area earlier at all, but other than that, yeah, you are right, little melons going around your place would be pretty cute. I have honestly put this whole question out there because of that one video demonstrating the 4 legged dog navigation test and the one picture of that same dog sleeping in the dog bed - It just makes me hope older, rolling pets get all of the same stuff just the same as the regular ones we are apparently getting now too.

Currently only dogs and cats have the full pet system. I plan to move the turtles to the pet system, but I can also see about adding melon. The rolling pets are very different, so the two things are separate.
Also not being able to pet the melon in the toy store is a bug.

Alright, I understand. Thanks for that explanation. I hope this is considered for the future regardless of that, but I appreciate any answer and explanation to this :3 Although, quick question - If the melon were to be considered, would that also apply to rolling cats and dogs?
